Validation and delivery of certificates

The validation of the certificates is carried out by the Chiefs. The CDLA Management Team will make arrangements for new certificates to be sent to the Chief, in batches, for their seal and signature. The Chiefs will:

  • Receive the Extract
  • Sign and seal the certificate
  • Laminate the certificate
  • Make arrangements for the Certificate and the Extract to be delivered to the appropriate VLC/headperson, for handing over to the applicant.
