CDLA Community Facilitators

The Community Facilitators (CFs) from CDLA will play a supporting role to all the headpersons/VLCs on an ongoing basis. They will have a particular responsibility for the mapping of any new or subdivided parcels, which they will carry out on an as-needed basis and on request from the headperson/VLCs.

The CFs will be equipped with the following:

Tablets or smartphones

The VFront application (in an internet browser) which will allow them to consult the latest data held on the CDLA server

The DHIS2 application

An ODK Form (a Chiefdom-specific Administration Form) for capturing data on new/subdivided parcels

A Garmin Glo GPS enabling them to record GPS points

Printed A3 Map Sheets, as needed
