Responding to the application

The CDLA will respond to the applications in the following manner:

• The CDLA Management Team will make arrangements for the CDLA CF to visit the village.
• The CDLA CF will undertake a visit to the village to:
  • verify the application with the VLC/headperson
  • allocate the UPN and capture the necessary data for processing the claim, using the Chiefdom-specific Late Claims Form
  • verify that the details of the parcel and the holder and PoIs have been included in the Village Register
