Processing the data

The CDLA Data Team will receive the data from the ODK Administration Form, by pulling the data from the Aggregate Site. The data will be added to the appropriate tables in the relevant Chiefdom Database.

The CDLA Data Team will also digitise the boundary that creates the ‘child’ parcel, using either the Marked Up Parcel Map provided by the CDLA CF or the GPS coordinates for the boundaries provided in the ODK Form, or a mixture of both. This digitisation process will also involve the altering of the boundary of the ‘parent’ parcel. The data on the land holders, PoIs, etc. will be linked via the new UPN.
